on 21 may 2014, everbright held its annual general meeting at the conrad hong kong. deputy chairman zang qiutao, ceo chen shuang, other board members and more than 70 shareholders attended the meeting.
in the meeting, the audited financial statements, directors’ report and independent auditor’s report for the year 2013 have been reviewed; and proposal of the final dividend and re-election of the board members have been approved by the shareholders. after the meeting, there was a media session that ceo chen shuang, cfo richard tang and cio jiang yuanzhi shared their views on everbright’s business development, as well as some recent hot industry topics.
